Registration
To receive information including updates or offers users are required to register on our website. To complete registration users must supply their name and email address. The details supplied need to be accurate and current. Once you have registered you will receive an email from Ruby Cotton confirming your Email and Password.
We recommend using an alpha-numeric password i.e. one with both letters and numbers as these are more difficult for other parties to guess. Users are encouraged to read the website’s Terms & Conditions both upon registration and before purchasing from the site.
RubyCotton.com reserves the right to terminate a user’s account if they do not comply with the terms and conditions set by the website or they are using proxies to hide multiple accounts and/or any fraudulent activity is detected.
Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Privacy Policy
RubyCotton.com will request personal details from customers in order for a transaction to be processed. These will include name, home/shipping address, email address, date of birth, contact number and a credit or debit card number. Payment details will only be shared with our payment partners Paypal. We will advise our shipping company of your shipping details. RubyCotton.com ensures a safe and reliable shopping experience for its customers. Our site uses an SSL encryption service which will protect your payment details.

Payment Authorisation
Authorisation of the payment from your credit or debit card will be made by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised by the issuer, RubyCotton.com will not be able to process your payment and no charge will be made to your card. After you have submitted your card details, you will be notified of this.
Pricing and VAT
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of VAT at 21%. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Taxes and Import Charges
Customers ordering from the UK may be subject to import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied on their order. These payments are necessary for release of the order by Customs. As duty costs are calculated according to your delivery area we cannot list these costs on our website. Please check with your local customs and excise offices to see if you will incur costs from where you are ordering.
If we are re-ordering an item at a customer’s request, the customer will incur the additional costs of shipping and handling. We will notify the customer of these charges before re-ordering the item.
Delivery
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland & UK. We hope to extend our delivery to include the Rest Europe and the USA. We will endeavour to deliver goods to our customers within the estimated timeframe however delays may sometimes occur. For example your order may delayed if there is an issue with payment authorisation. RubyCotton.com is not liable for a delay in delivery.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Availability
Delivery of purchases is subject to the availability of our stock. If a particular item is out of stock this will be displayed on our website as soon as we have been alerted by our suppliers. If you have ordered an item that becomes unavailable for a particular reason we will notify you via email and cancel your payment. If you have already been charged for this item we will issue a full refund.
