All Sale/Special Offer items must be returned within 7 days of receipt while Non Sale items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
With Sale/Special Offer items Ruby Cotton will only issue store credit to the customer and not a full refund. This does not affect your consumer/statutory rights. Credit notes are issued via email once the order has been returned to us and are valid for 12 months from the date of your purchase.
With Non-Sale items Ruby Cotton will refund or exchange any item you are not happy with provided it is not damaged, altered or soiled and is in a saleable condition with sales tags attached and is returned within the stated timeframe. If you purchase an item that is not the correct size, colour or does not suit you, you can obtain a refund or exchange the item. If you wish to exchange your goods but we no longer have the item in stock we will inform you via e-mail and offer you a full refund or store credit once the item has been returned to us.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Note: You cannot return an item if it has been worn.
From receipt, you have 7 days to return a sale item or 14 days to return a non sale item. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. Customers make their own arrangements through any postal carrier. While we offer free delivery across Ireland we do not offer free returns. It is up to the customer to return the goods.
Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g. debit or credit card) once the request has been processed and the items returned. Please be aware that credit or debit card refunds take up to 7-10 working days depending on the card issuer’s processing time.
As all orders are checked prior to dispatch we hope this will should never be an issue but in the off chance that it does just email us at info@rubycotton.com and let us know and we will arrange for a new item to be delivered to you.
